Decker Trip - Panamerican Highway 1966

July 1 We left Houghton with one load for Welland. Manleys were leaving for Keswick, so we had the house.
July 2 Returned to Houghton for second load and cleaned up. Back to Welland and re-packed.
July 3-5 Stayed in Welland and re-packed.
July 6 Stayed at Raul['s]. Gave us camp stove and high chair.
July 7 Overnight ar Raddys.
July 8-11 Stayed at Wabanna. Magali fell off sea wall on Sunday. Almost killed. Drove in to Wash. on Monday with kids.
[Judy remembers...]I remember very well the day Maga fell off the wall.
We were all leaning over, looking down at the rocks about 6 ft below
us, and all of a sudden she fell over. Someone jumped downto
pick her up, and I can remember wondering if she was dead. She was
rushed to an emergency room, and returned later that afternoon,
well and stitched up. It was my 11th birthday.
